We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout or to a nearby pickup location when applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

Please note that some products are shipped from international warehouses. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is usually 24–48 hours before shipment.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may have different delivery timelines. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. ENTISU is not responsible for damage caused during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please report the issue to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once confirmed, address changes cannot be made. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Uncollected Packages

Packages that are not collected or are refused will not be treated as returns. Please retrieve your package and follow our return procedure if you wish to return it.
