Refund policy

At ENTUSU, we strive to make returns simple and stress-free. To start a return, please use our official returns portal. Only items registered through this system will be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No odors, stains, or marks

  • All tags and protective packaging must be intact

  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase

  • Sale items and “Final Sale” products are non-returnable

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Orders purchased with discount codes are eligible for store credit or exchange only

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A $10 return label fee applies (waived for store credit or exchanges)

  • Processing may take up to 14 business days after warehouse receipt

  • Installment payment orders follow the original payment agreement

Exchanges

  • We offer standard and instant exchanges

  • Instant exchanges require credit card pre-authorization

  • Exchanged items may only be returned once and are eligible for store credit only

  • International exchanges are refunded as store credit

International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available outside the U.S.

  • International returns must be shipped to our designated address

  • Store credit will be issued after inspection

Defective Items & Order Issues

  • Report defects or order errors within 24 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video proof is required

How to Return

  1. Visit our returns portal and complete the form

  2. Print your return label (if available)

  3. Pack your item with the return form included

  4. Drop off your package with the carrier

  5. Once received, returns are processed within 7–10 business days
